逆行跨突触变性视神经病变的研究现状

Research status of transsynaptic retrograde degenerating optic neuropathy

摘要:

外侧膝状体及枕叶视皮层受损能引起视网膜神经节细胞发生跨突触变性,导致患者视功能受损,这种视神经病变称为逆行跨突触变性视神经病变。其病理基础是视网膜神经节细胞的P型β细胞发生凋亡,且与动物切除视皮层时的年龄、术后存活时间、视皮层切除区域的大小、双眼的相互作用及种属差异有关。(国际眼科纵览, 2016,  40:  405-408)

Abstract:

Transsynaptic retrograde degeneration of retinal ganglion cells was induced by a lesion in the lateral geniculate nucleus, and/or the visual cortex of occipital lobe. This optic neuropathy is referred to as transsynaptic retrograde degenerating optic neuropathy, and its pathological basis is the apoptosis of P beta retinal ganglion cells.The degenerating extent depends on the age at which visual cortex was damaged, the survival time,the size of the cortical lesion,the binocular interactions and the species.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2016, 40: 405-408)
